We are seeking a new IT Manager.

Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, this position provides a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and stability of the organization’s information technology infrastructure. The IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing system administration, user support, network maintenance and security. Manages the computer services budget, directs and delegates projects and tasks with outside IT vendors. Responsible for overseeing the maintenance of hardware and software systems, training and consultation, and recommendations for future planning and development of resources.

What You Will Do

• Design, propose, and implement various networking projects, and ensure network security, endpoint security, application security and data security.
• Manage and maintain on premise servers and cloud-based systems.

· Update software with the latest security patches and ensure the proper defenses are present for each network resource.

• Manage all procedures related to identification, prioritization, and resolution of incidents, including the monitoring, tracking and coordination of technical support functions.
• Other duties as assigned.

What You Will Bring

Our ideal candidate will have at least 5-10 years of relevant experience and the following skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or computer science preferred, or an equivalent of a high school diploma and 10 years of experience in a systems administration role.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience working with servers, networks, desktops, laptops and troubleshooting networked environments.
• Software installation/removal, data backups/restores, antivirus/firewalls/security, internet/networking/wireless connectivity.
• 21 CFR Part 11 Compliance
• Programs: Linux,/Apache/PHP/PostgreSQL,
• Systems: VMware, Windows servers, Linux servers, Office 365 Admin, IP Camera systems, VOIP phones.

Pay: $77,500.00 - $130,000.00 per year
