IT Procurement Manager leads and manages all phases of the IT procurement function. Evaluates and identifies the needs of the organization and stakeholders. Being an IT Procurement Manager defines clear and specific requirements for equipment and services. Researches suppliers and directs the sourcing process. Additionally, IT Procurement Manager negotiates contracts, pricing, terms, and service level agreements. Establishes standards and policies for efficient and fair procurement practices. Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The IT Procurement Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be an IT Procurement Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. - Maintain high levels of performance, reliability, and scalability of applications, infrastructure, networks, and hardware

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer information systems or related field
- 5 years of professional IT experience
- 2 years in an IT management role
- Experience with managing IT platforms including F&A, and operational software systems
- Experience with data management tools
- Experience with managing integrations among various technologies
- Proficient in O365 Suite
- Experience managing and working extensively with a CRM
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
EducationBachelors of Information Technology (required)
