Troubleshooting & Installation of Microsoft Windows 10/11.
Basic VMware
Windows Server 2012/2016
Virus removal.
Computer repair and assembly.
Understanding of networking.
Understanding of Wireless 802.11a/b/g/n.
Knowledge of Active Directory and how to add and delete users.

4 years technical experience.
2 years in a supervisor role.
