    Job Summary

    We are in search of an experienced and motivated Procurement Manager with strong understanding of IT Procurement and the overall S2P process. This position is responsible for developing and implementing category strategies to efficiently source IT software, goods, and services, negotiate contracts and collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality IT sourcing solutions, while achieving cost savings.

    This role must have the ability to work with a high level of autonomy and apply industry leading knowledge, skills, tools and techniques in order to exceed stakeholder needs and expectations.

    Responsibilities
    • Leads contract negotiations and contract review process for new and existing IT software products as well as agreements for external labor through staff augmentation vendors, statement of work partners, and third-party solution providers.
    • Partners with key stakeholders to optimize procurement power and working capital by identifying opportunities, aggregating goods and services, and standardizing processes.
    • Selects IT vendors aligned with quality, cost, and technical requirements, to secure favorable terms, pricing, and SLAs.
    • Negotiate best in class pricing with vendors to ensure the best value for money while maintaining profitability for the organization.
    • Partners with legal and finance to ensure the Procure to Pay processes are aligned with internal policy including signatory levels, contracting terms and conditions, and budget alignment.
    • Manages the complete contract lifecycle, including administration, compliance, and renewals, in collaboration with Legal and other involved parties. Manages the contract approval process through execution.
    • Cultivates positive vendor and stakeholder relationships, communicates the Procurement Team's value proposition, and understands relevant functional organizations, their goals, and technology needs.
    • Conducts spend analysis, creates annual Category Management Plans, and implements changes to enhance cost efficiency, leveraging strong business relationships.
    • Drive continuous improvement activities within assigned spend portfolio - optimize internal demand / specifications and optimize vendor services / product.
    • Maintain relationships with vendors to ensure best in class service and competitive pricing.
    Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree (required) in Business, Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field, MBA a plus.
    • 5 years of experience in a Purchasing, Strategic Sourcing, or Procurement or role.
    • Solid understanding of procurement best practices, sourcing strategies, and supply chain management, and contracting
    • IT procurement experience highly preferred (software, hardware, SaaS solutions, and Services).
    • Ability to motivate and engage team members. Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
    • Strong negotiation skills and a demonstrated ability to drive cost savings.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across various levels within the organization.
    • Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills.
    • Oracle Source to Pay experience strongly preferred.
    • Advanced Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
