    • Utilize data-driven insights to analyze spending patterns within IT categories, driving efficiency improvements and cost savings initiatives.
    • Champion innovation by identifying and integrating cutting-edge materials, technologies, and processes to elevate the quality and competitiveness of HNI's product offerings.
    • Ensure seamless project execution, adhering to timelines and budgets, and minimizing disruptions to operations and customer satisfaction.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the IT category, optimizing pricing strategies, design processes, and operational efficiencies.
    Requirements:
    • 7-10 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, with a proven track record in strategic procurement and cultivating strong supplier relationships, preferably within the IT sector.
    • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or Engineering.
    • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, coupled with a collaborative and adaptable mindset.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, demonstrating resilience and agility in the face of challenges.
