Job Brief

The IT Manager is responsible for providing outstanding customer service and support for all Information Technology products and services. Support may include answering questions, troubleshooting problems, teaching, or instructing users regarding software or hardware functionality and communicating policy.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and accountability (LMA), meeting with team members regularly
• Process payables, Admin work, and Manage M&A\Projects assistance
• KCS management: Ensure articles are linked and that new content is created
• Manage IT ticket system and support team with the assignment, prioritization, escalation management, documentation, and resolution of all support tickets and related requests
• Create, maintain, and update documentation, policies, status reports, and procedures
• Oversees and assures the quality and quantity of workflow.
• Analyzes team productivity, workload, tasks, procedural and system performance and provides technical analysis and recommendations
• Ensure tools are used properly and in real time
• Ensure daily expectations are met for SLA’s, Productivity, TTR, CSAT
• Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering or similar with minimum of 6 years’ experience in the technology field or equivalent experience is preferred
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in supervisory/management role
• Demonstrated experience leading teams or providing technical oversight to a team
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
• Extensive knowledge of the IT industry
