Prepare departmental reports and present them to upper management
Direct and assign work schedules, assignments, tasks, and duties
Oversee the production planning, scheduling and inventory management
Complete necessary documentation, such as status changes, time-off requests, and performance evaluations
Qualifications
4 years of leadership experience
Previous background in an manufacturing environment
Microsoft Office experience
Strong background in production planning and inventory management
