Qualifications

Experience:     3-5 years

Education:      Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) preferred

Degree Field: Business Management or related field

Equivalent Experience/Education: 3 years of experience in a planning role or a manufacturing/automotive industry

Responsibilities

Role- Supports the Production Control Team through managing subordinates, maintaining contractor headcount, accurate time management and accurate payment, and KPI reporting both within Department and HQ reports as required.

• Create reports and meeting presentations (in English and Korean)
• Track overall plant operation status (KPIs, production results, business plans, etc.) and report to HQ.
• Calculate and gather plant’s monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) results.
• Process daily and weekly material resource planning (MRP, set daily/weekly production material requirements).
• Update new FSC and module codes.
• Process OEM, Suppleir, and Contractor Chargeback Claims due to downtime, part defects, or etc.
• Create Accounting documents and SAP documents as required for charge back claims and for time management fees.
• Maintain and update contractor worker headcount.
• Calculate payment for services based on invoiced amounts and time verification.

• Create, review and negotiate contracts.
• Manage A/S Bumper production and delivery
• Manage Weekend work plan
• Standard costing report
• Other tasks as assigned.
