IT Production Control Manager jobs in Fayetteville, AR

Perform maintenance, repair, and support for various plant-related end devices including, but not limited to, Zebra ruggedized handhelds and terminals, barcode printers, industrial PCs, timeclocks, impact printers, and badge printers. Execute diagnostics, part replacements/repairs, program, and test to ensure optimum equipment performance; work with ServiceNow and SAP-PM for equipment repair and replacement tracking; and assist with the installation and training on the operation of new equipment; Must possess the ability to oversee the setup, support, troubleshooting, and repair of various devices aforementioned as well as coordinate with vendors on repair and supplies; responsible for other duties as assigned by supervisor

REQUIREMENTS:

Experience: 3 years of equipment repair, networking, or PC support

Computer Skills: Requires knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Android Operating Systems. SOTI MobiControl and Windows imaging are a plus

Education: At a minimum, two years of vocational-technical education is preferred

Special Skills:

Must have a thorough understanding of data networking and equipment technology;

must have an excellent understanding of troubleshooting techniques and very proficient problem-solving practices; should be capable of working with complex diagnostic tools;

prioritizing skills and attention to detail are a must.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $11.79 - $25.00 per hour
