    Your Role:

    • Leadership & Vision: Guide your team towards achieving short and long-term goals.

    • Training & Development: Facilitate ongoing field training, host weekly educational meetings, and stay abreast of new developments.
    • Technician Support: Conduct quality assurance, vehicle inspections, and manage inventory and technological tools.
    • Customer Service Excellence: Handle complaints, resolve challenging pest issues.
    • Recruitment & Onboarding: Identify and onboard new talent.
    • Continued Education: Stay updated on industry trends and new products.

    What You Bring:

    • 2 years in pest control management is preferred
    • Experience in commercial and residential pest control
    • Integrity, eagerness to learn, positive attitude, and leadership qualities
    • Comfortable working with and around various pests
    • Exceptional communication skills
    • Experience in building positive, professional customer relationships
    • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and follow-through skills
    • Sales experience preferred
    • Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
    • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Workspace
