Your Role:
- Leadership & Vision: Guide your team towards achieving short and long-term goals.
- Daily Operations: Conduct check-ins, ensure technicians are prepared for the day.
- Training & Development: Facilitate ongoing field training, host weekly educational meetings, and stay abreast of new developments.
- Technician Support: Conduct quality assurance, vehicle inspections, and manage inventory and technological tools.
- Customer Service Excellence: Handle complaints, resolve challenging pest issues.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Identify and onboard new talent.
- Continued Education: Stay updated on industry trends and new products.
What You Bring:
- 2 years in pest control management is preferred
- Experience in commercial and residential pest control
- Integrity, eagerness to learn, positive attitude, and leadership qualities
- Comfortable working with and around various pests
- Exceptional communication skills
- Experience in building positive, professional customer relationships
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and follow-through skills
- Sales experience preferred
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Workspace
