IT Production Associates are responsible for processing and printing files accurately, efficiently, and with proper documentation. They must be able to monitor, respond to, and follow-up on high volumes of e-mail throughout the day while simultaneously performing their production work. This is a blended IT and production role; Associates process work at their computer stations and then retrieve the printed product from the nearby printers/copiers.
Candidates must have intermediate computer skills, demonstrated ability to multi-task, and strong attention to detail. An IT degree is preferred, but not required.
