The Opportunity

• Provide technical and sales assistance to Service Technicians
• Provide hands on guidance to Service Technicians with accounts issues
• Responsible for field training and evaluation of each team member, which entails a regular schedule of riding with each  Service Technician to evaluate their performance.
• Assist in improving services by training and retraining Service Technicians in the proper and effective use of materials and equipment

Requirements:

• A Driver's License with a clean driving record
• 3 years' Pest Control experience
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Must have a current Applicator/Pest License Certificate
• Customer service experience
• Sales experience an asset
