Role’s mission

The role is to provide the primary support for all computers, networks, information and communicating systems including cell phones of Zanini Tennessee, Inc. and Zanini USA, including all the software, hardware and peripherals.

Responsibility Areas of the Role

· Manages day-to-day operation of the network including backups and IBM Power Systems Server monitoring. Provide IBM Tape Library and network user help desk support.

· Manages the site telecommunication needs, conduct site surveys, and recommends telecommunication products and services.

· Manages the Lotus Domino and Notes Client applications.

· Manages EDI Applications for all customers & suppliers and performs EDI testing and troubleshooting.

· Performs annual Epicor CMS materials explosion for the budget process and other reporting as needed.

· Performs label master file maintenance. Maintains current and adequate software license agreements with vendors

· Develops strategic business partners to control and reduce cost.

· Documents all procedures and / or software solutions and leads projects for future implementation of software and hardware.

· Provides needed computer training to users and performs advanced, complex repairs and upgrades on a wide variety of computers and peripherals.

Technical Competencies

Advisable training/skills:

· Technical background, preferably IT, Engineering preferred, or equivalent combination of education and training.

· Knowledge of specific hardware and software.

Advisable professional experience:

· Experience of 3 years in IT department.

· ERP’s (preferably Epicor CMS) knowledge.

EDI (preferably OpenText) Knowledge. Knowledge of Windows based microcomputers, Cisco networks, Fortigate Firewalls, Microsoft Exchange, Lotus Domino and Notes Client e-mail, Microsoft Office Suites, Sophos End Point Solutions, Label View Labeling Applications, Honeywell Scanners, Ontap Select, VMWare, etc.

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
