IT Production Control Supervisor jobs in Lancaster, PA

Overview

The Plant Supervisor will coordinate all aspects of the plant for operations on the 2nd shift (Mon. - Fri., 3pm - 11am).

Responsibilities

• Supervise production employees to ensure adherence to all schedules, goals,  company policies and procedures
• Monitor machine and operator performance using “Mattec” in order to address related issues, excessive scrap, downtime, poor cycles, etc..
• Provide mentoring for employees
• Evaluate and review employee performance
• Provide training for employees
• Interview job candidates and provide plant tours as required
• Provide discipline as needed
• Administer first aid as required
• Special project work as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D
• Previous supervisory experience in a production atmosphere

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk on a frequent basis
• Ability to bend, stretch, reach for and grasp small parts and tools
• Must be able to lift up to and including 50 pounds
