IT Production Control Supervisor jobs in Rochester, MN

SR Production Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Offer constructive leadership, guidance, encouragement, and coaching to empower the Production team
• Provide clear communication efforts to hand off between shifts including updates on daily reports
• Work with management, planners, engineers, and assemblers to establish production goals and objectives
• Develop and implement methods to improve productivity through 5S and lean manufacturing
• Oversee essential performance metrics (KPIs) to monitor production, pinpoint obstacles, and enact effective solutions for enhanced productivity and efficiency

SR Production Supervisor Requirements:

• Diploma/ Four Year Degree is preferred
• Experience with SAP or ERP software
• Progressive leader with 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Mechanical aptitude with mechanical assembly is helpful
• Process Improvement methods (Six Sigma Lean) to optimize production and quality
