Summary: Seeking a Production Supervisor with experience in supervising shop floor hourly wage employees in an industrial/manufacturing setting.

Requirements:

• Prior experience supervising shop floor hourly wage employees in an industrial/manufacturing setting

• Strong leadership and people skills

• Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel

• Comfortable leading hourly employees and working in a factory environment

• Previous experience in a union environment is beneficial

Preferred Skills:

• 4-year degree in any field

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating, scheduling, and providing leadership to hourly wage employees on non-routine and self-directed tasks required to meet safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency objectives.

• Monitoring individual/group performance

• Taking corrective action including discipline, as needed.
