    As a Project Coordinator in our Commercial Division, you'll play a crucial role in the planning and execution of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical projects. You'll work closely with project managers, superintendents, and clients to ensure projects are completed successfully and on time. From reviewing estimates and bids to managing project logistics and communications, you'll be at the heart of our commercial operations.

Whether you own a Commercial or Residential building, whether you need HVAC installation or service, our goal is to provide you with key environmental systems expertise. You should be at ease and in control — a feeling of confidence and comfort that we are happy to help you establish and maintain.



    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
    • Focus primarily on commercial HVAC, plumbing, and electrical projects, including planning, specification, and delivery methods.
    • Handle submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and project closeout procedures.
    • Coordinate logistics, including material delivery and vendor budgets, to ensure smooth project execution.
    • Assist with the review and submittal process of estimates and bids, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
    • Assist in the planning and coordination of Commercial HVAC projects from inception to completion.
    • Schedule and coordinate resources, including labor, equipment, and materials, to meet project deadlines.
    • Communicate effectively with project managers, technicians, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
    • Track project progress and update project schedules as needed.
    • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and invoices.
    • Identify and address any issues or delays that may arise during the project lifecycle.
    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

    The ideal candidate should possess:
    • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.
    • Previous experience in project coordination or related role within the construction industry.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and clients.
    • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
    • Knowledge of HVAC systems and industry practices is a plus.
