IT Project Coordinator coordinates all IT projects and ensures company resources are utilized appropriately.     Summary:

     

    The IT Project Coordinator is responsible for planning and executing the implementation of technical solutions for complex business problems by leading small to medium sized projects and managing day to day client change requests.  The IT Project Coordinator will partner with development teams to coordinate software development, testing, infrastructure management, database administration, and report writing.  The IT Project Coordinator will also provide coding and database writing support as required by projects or requests.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage and drive large information Technology initiatives and will be directly responsible for key deliverables within each project.
    • Communicate up and down within the organization, our partner organizations, incoordination with customer projects. Coordinate timelines on active projects
    • Facilitate the intake process for new large initiatives for the IT Department
    • Interface with our Information Technology teams and participate in continuous improvement of our methodologies.
    • Engage with many different Technology teams across CCMSI as we implement and operate best-in-class project and portfolio management practices
    • May manage project deliverables across partners and clients to deliver our initiatives on time and on budget.

    Qualifications

    QUALIFICATIONS:

     

    Education and/or Experience

     

    Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or related field

    3 to 5 years of SDLC experience

    2 years’ of PMO experience in an IT team or similar

    Experience with Scrum, Kanban, Lean/Six Sigma preferred

    Demonstrable competency with Microsoft Sharepoint

    Strong business acumen with ability to translate business requirements to technical requirements

    Ability to work with Technology partners to ensure technical requirements are met 

    Strong documentation and communication skills

    Strong leadership skills along with being a self-starter

    Supervisor experience a plus

                                

     

    Computer Skills                                                                            

    Well rounded background in IT infrastructure

     

     

    Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

    A current and valid certification is preferred (or working towards) in at least one of the following: PMP®, PgMP®, PfMP®, CAPM®, Prince2, Six Sigma (any level), Certified Scrum Master, SAFe (any category)
