The IT Project Coordinator is responsible for planning and executing the implementation of technical solutions for complex business problems by leading small to medium sized projects and managing day to day client change requests. The IT Project Coordinator will partner with development teams to coordinate software development, testing, infrastructure management, database administration, and report writing. The IT Project Coordinator will also provide coding and database writing support as required by projects or requests.

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or related field
3 to 5 years of SDLC experience
2 years’ of PMO experience in an IT team or similar
Experience with Scrum, Kanban, Lean/Six Sigma preferred
Demonstrable competency with Microsoft Sharepoint
Strong business acumen with ability to translate business requirements to technical requirements
Ability to work with Technology partners to ensure technical requirements are met
Strong documentation and communication skills
Strong leadership skills along with being a self-starter
Supervisor experience a plus
Computer Skills
Well rounded background in IT infrastructure
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
A current and valid certification is preferred (or working towards) in at least one of the following: PMP®, PgMP®, PfMP®, CAPM®, Prince2, Six Sigma (any level), Certified Scrum Master, SAFe (any category)
