Job Description

We are seeking an IT Data Project Coordinator for a 6 month contract (with option to hire) in Englewood, CO.  This role will be performed onsite/ in the office, Monday through Friday during business hours (no remote options). 

In this role, you will assist a team of Project Managers with multiple projects across a variety of departments working with IT Data (cloud, databases, security, etc).  This role could lead to a Project Manager role where you will manage your own projects.   The core responsibilities of this role are as follows: 

• Create status reports on current projects
• Create reports on the status of Data
• Schedule and coordinate QA Testing
• Ensure Software Change requests are completed and executed
• Interface with technical teams on current requirements
• Follow-up on status of projects 

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of IT Project Coordination experience preferred
• Database knowledge and high level user knowledge of report generators is preferred
• Ability to multi-task
• Good organizational skills
• Experience with Advanced Excel (pivot tables, etc)

Additional Information

This 6-month contract (with option to hire) role will be based out of Englewood, CO.  This role will be performed onsite/ in the office, Monday through Friday during business hours (no remote options).
