IT Project Coordinator coordinates all IT projects and ensures company resources are utilized appropriately. Compiles project status reports, coordinates project schedules, manages project meetings, and identifies and resolves technical problems. Coordinates project activities and ensures all project phases are documented appropriately. Additionally, IT Project Coordinator requires a bachelor's degree. Role Description
This position is responsible for taking auction photos, lot and describe inventory. Additionally, this position supports uploading images, preview and load out process.
Must be detail oriented. This is an on location position and gig based.
Key Job Responsibilities :
Capture and process electronic images of customer inventory
Efficiently capture and communicate customer requirements
Upload all pictures associated with specific auction and verify the quality and accuracy of each photograph
Re-image of any substandard images
Capture condition and description of inventory
Lot and sticker items per Lotting process
Assist with preview
Work with auction team to immediately respond to customer requests on auction day
Post auction load out process
Perform other duties as assigned by management
Attends online training sessions to enhance skills and build knowledge
Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
Basic computer skills
Must be able to stand / walk for at least 4 hours
Prior experience in auction coordination or related field is a plus
1 year of experience in photography preferred experience in digital and computer processing a plus
