Full-time IT Coordinator. This position will be based in Wexford County.
Duties:
· Serves as a program lead and resources for staff engaged in developing and implementing IT programs and activities. Supports staff to ensure compliance with program requirements.
· Assists in coordinating, training, and mentoring.
· Assists in the implementation of the IT Plan and trains individuals who will need to use it.
· Assists in maintaining network logs and risks.
· Assists in maintaining network performance and report status and any updates that are needed.
· Troubleshoots and resolves issues when computers and other technologies are not working as they should.
· Prepares reports and maintains accurate and timely records of program services.
· Assists in implementing the plan for repair or replacement of computers and other forms of technology.
· Coordinates and participates in quality improvement activities for areas of responsibility.
Monitors and maintains security and integrity of computers and network.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
· 3 to 5 years’ experience in information technology or related field required.
· Willingness to stay current with trends in computer technology.
· High-level of proficiency in Microsoft Office and Technology.
· Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.
· Exceptional interpersonal, organization, business communication and time management skills.
· Excellent written and oral communication skills.
· Ability to maintain confidential information.
· Communicates and works effectively with all levels of staff, administration, clients and community partners.
