Jobbeschreibung: BW Paper Systems is looking for an experienced IT Project Manager. The IT Project Manager will be responsible for the coordination, management, and reporting on key projects within IT, both application and infrastructure related. You will establish, maintain, and track project documentation and communication to successfully drive project efforts. This is a good opportunity for an eager and enthusiastic person to grow within the wider Barry Wehmiller organisation. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Manage projects based on the Project Governance Framework established at Barry-Wehmiller. Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget. Coordinating with cross functional team members (internal & external) to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules. Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues. Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs effectively. Establish, maintain, and track project documentation. Create executive status reports for project and program sponsors and stakeholders that include key indicators of project progress, focusing on successes, risks, and overall performance. Contribute to the documentation and communication of project scope, objectives, and work plans. Manage and maintain a portfolio of system amendments and continuous improvement backlog through business prioritization. Coordinate the operations, development and business analyst teams while continuously collaborating with business stakeholders to enable agile development, testing and deployment. Provide weekly status reports to stakeholders on continuous improvement backlog. Job Specifications: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritize and organize effectively and manage multiple projects and assignments of varying sizes. Ability to develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders, peers and project team members. Ability to perform flexibly and effectively in a fast-paced environment. Effectively conduct executive level presentations and reporting. Passion for project management and working within challenging environments is a must have. Required Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or related field preferred. Five (5) years of proven experience in project management and the ability to lead project teams of various sizes. Experience in managing projects using Waterfall and Agile Project Management is required. Experience in using various Project Management tools like Planview, MS Project suite, Jira, Dev Ops etc. preferred. Exposure to manufacturing and ERP projects and environments is a benefit. Exposure to managing IT implementation project in Asia region is a benefit. Exposure to working with global IT teams and stakeholders is a benefit. Pine Bluff is the tenth-largest city in the state of Arkansas and the county seat of Jefferson County.
