    Job Summary

    The IT Program Manager is a critical role that requires the ability to multitask and effectively lead multiple initiatives simultaneously. In this role, you will serve as a strategic business partner, working closely with Concentric business leadership to develop and maintain a strategic relationship, understand business needs and align IT services and solutions with business objectives. Additionally, the IT Program Manager will establish a Program Management Office (PMO) and associated KPIs, drive program and project management best practices into the organization, and oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of various IT projects within our organization. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and exceptional organizational and relationship management skills to ensure successful project delivery while meeting deadlines and budget constraints.


    Key Job Responsibilities:

    · Provide thought leadership related to the delivery of IT services, champion change and innovation.

    · Support organizational financial management, budgeting, and forecasting, assist in managing IT supplier contracts.

    · Develop a deep knowledge of the business and proactively identify opportunities to strategically leverage IT services.

    · Responsible for delivery and operations of PMO tools that support the management of programs and projects.

    · Develop, implement, and enforce program and project management frameworks.

    · Lead and manage multiple IT projects concurrently, ensuring compliance with project scope, timelines, and budget.

    · Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and KPI’s.

    · Develop project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and task assignments.

    · Conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to minimize project risks.

    · Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues, and communicate project status reports regularly to stakeholders and senior management.

    · Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure efficient resource utilization.

    · Promote a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and accountability, provide direction and motivate team members to achieve project goals.

    · Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements throughout the project.

    · Evaluate project outcomes and performance metrics to identify areas for continuous improvement.

    · Other duties as assigned by supervisor.


    Key Performance Measurements:

    · The establishment of a Program Management Office (PMO) and associated KPI’s 

    · Measuring the ability to meet project milestones and deadlines within the planned schedule.

    · Evaluation of managing the project finances effectively, including staying within budget and minimizing budget overages.

    · Evaluating stakeholder feedback and satisfaction with project deliverables and communication throughout the project.

    · Measuring the ability to identify, mitigate, and respond to risks throughout the project, ensuring minimal impact on project outcomes.

    · Assessing the performance, productivity, and collaboration within the project team.

    · Knowledge of business operations and ability to identify strategic opportunities for IT solutions.

    · Other key performance indicators as assigned.

    Requirements

      

    · Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering) is preferred. Relevant work experience may substitute for education.

    · PMP or Project Management Certifications is a plus.

    · Strong financial acumen

    · 7 years of experience in planning, executing, and managing large transformation initiatives.

    · Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).

    · Fluent in risk management, resource allocation, and budget management.

    · Technical background with knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems development, and software deployment.

    · Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate across all levels in the organization.

    · Thorough and detail oriented with the ability to take complex topics and distill them down into easily digestible formats.

    · Adept at communicating and influencing without authority. 

    · Able to manage multiple work streams and prioritize as needed.

    · Comfortable working at multiple levels within a project / program (strategic to tactical).

    · An “on it now” attitude with the ability to successfully navigate ambiguous situations.

    · Understand the business and ensure that IT solutions meet business needs.

    · Ability to travel “up to 50%.”
