MUST DO’S

• Work closely with the IT Team to understand tasks and project timelines and provide support through organizing helpdesk queue, budgeting, reporting, and technology procurement.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor helpdesk ticket queue to assign, coordinate, and escalate issues to necessary team members and recommend solutions to minimize support team inefficiencies
• Provide budget support through coding, logging, expense tracking, and reporting
• Organize and maintain all technology lease agreements and contracts
• Aid in organizational communication
• Manage vendor relationships and identify new vendors
• Provide executive summary reports in domains of helpdesk and budget performance
• Procurement of all day-to-day technology needs including computers, licensing, supplies, peripherals, etc. 
• Identify and assist in improving internal IT department processes

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent administrative and interpersonal skills
• The ability to organize and execute a wide variety of tasks
• Understanding of IT Helpdesk systems and supporting processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Research and proof invoices for accuracy
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment

WORK SCHEDULE

• 10-20 hours per week, flexible schedule
• On-call as needed
