As an IT Project Coordinator you will:

• Provide onsite administrative support and coordination during all phases of a project life cycle.

A week in the life of an IT Project Coordinator:

• Communicate with external and internal customers
• Document project plans and tasks based on input from Project Management or the Engineering team
• Document project statuses and report current status to stakeholders
• Record all program pertinent information into customer required software
• Escalate any issue or issues to the Project Manager or Engineering leads
• Ensure all required deliverables are received in a timely manner
• Assist Project Manager as requested

AMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. • Active Secret Clearance
• High School Diploma
• 5 years of customer service experience
• Must obtain CompTIA Project Certification within 6 months of hire
• Strong computer proficiency to include Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio, Project and Outlook programs
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Capacity to work well both independently and in a team environment
