As an IT Project Coordinator you will:
- Provide onsite administrative support and coordination during all phases of a project life cycle.

A week in the life of an IT Project Coordinator:
- Communicate with external and internal customers
- Document project plans and tasks based on input from Project Management or the Engineering team
- Document project statuses and report current status to stakeholders
- Record all program pertinent information into customer required software
- Escalate any issue or issues to the Project Manager or Engineering leads
- Ensure all required deliverables are received in a timely manner
- Assist Project Manager as requested

AMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $65,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
