IT Project Engineer is responsible for the completion of long-term IT engineering projects. Performs engineering design evaluations and works to complete projects within budget and scheduling restraints. Being an IT Project Engineer develops, implements, and monitors information systems policies and controls to ensure data accuracy, security, and regulatory compliance. Reviews reports of computer and peripheral equipment production, malfunction, and maintenance to determine and address problems. Additionally, IT Project Engineer requires a bachelor's degree. May require ongoing training in network/telecom seminars. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. To be an IT Project Engineer typically requires 0-2 years of related experience. What You'll Do:
- Own and operate the Subscription Domain, ensuring seamless functionality.
- Collaborate to design a robust subscription data model and craft reliable APIs.
- Develop APIs feeding other platform services and applications.
- Champion clear communication and collaboration across teams.
- Proactively monitor and troubleshoot issues in production using tools like DataDog.
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience with subscription models
- Knowledge of Go or gRPC ✨
- AWS familiarity ☁️
