Our IT Project Manager takes charge of planning and executing IT projects, ensuring they adhere to business objectives and meet deadlines and budget constraints. This pivotal role involves translating business goals into tangible project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational targets and stakeholder needs. What You’ll Do

IT Project Management:

• • Lead and oversee IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation, identifying and mitigating risks along the way
  • Use project management tools/software to track project metrics, milestones, and dependencies
  • Communicate project status updates, milestones, and issues to stakeholders in both English and Spanish

Administration:

• • Provide high-level administrative support for the IT Department, including calendar management, submission of purchase requisitions, travel arrangements, and expense reporting
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and other events, ensuring seamless execution and timely follow-up
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports in English and Spanish
  • Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, managing communications and inquiries effectively
