Overview: 

Applies developed subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex technical issues within established guidelines and recommends appropriate alternatives. Works on problems of diverse complexity and scope. May act as a team leader providing direction to activities and facilitates information validation and decision-making process. Exercises independent judgment within generally defined policies and practices to identify and select a solution. Ability to handle most unique situations. May seek advice to make decisions on complex technical issues. 

Responsibilities and Knowledge: 

• Successfully resolve technical issues from incoming internal or external businesses and end user's contacts and proactive notification systems. 
• Understanding of the customer Endpoint OS Deployment processes and procedures. 
• Understanding of Endpoint operations as it pertains to Microsoft Operating Systems and Drivers as applied to the company Fleet at customer environment. 
• Understanding of the Security Tools that are deployed at customer environment and how they interact with the company Fleet hardware. 
• Understanding of the Microsoft Monthly Patch cycles and its effects on the company’s Hardware fleet at Customer. 
• Understanding of Telemetry tools leveraged by the environment ie. (TechPulse, Nexthink). 
• Proactively assist internal and end users to avoid or reduce problem occurrence. 
• Ability to act as a team leader providing direction to activities and facilitates information validation and team decision- making process. 
• Review and may resolve complex technical issues with the help of remote teams within the company. 
• Understand and utilize internal databases and tools to manage escalations such as Sudden Impact, JIRA, CDAX. 
• Represent and participate on a company team in a face-to-face customer location visit, vendor meeting, etc. 

Education and Experience Required: 

Technical Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 2 years of related experience or a Master's degree and up to two years of experience. 

Required Skills: 

• 2 or more years of experience writing code (such as, and not limited to, Java, C, C , C#, VB.Net; databases like SqlServer/ Oracle 
• Experience of one or more full release cycles 
• Basic understanding of modern software development methodologies (Object) 
• Basic understanding of modern software development tools and SCM (software configuration management) 
• Basic understanding of Software Test methodologies, test scripting and testing tools 
• Understanding of Basic Database Administration 
• Good verbal and written communication skills 

Work Schedule and Location: 

• Work onsite 5 days per week, in customer location (s) in Corona, California, in office hours (from 8am to 5 pm) Monday thru Friday. 
• Ability to work with remote teams.
