What will you do as a Project Manager?
Serve as a Project Manager to ensure jobs are completed efficiently:
• Driving daily key factors to understand implement and practice, the company’s core values such as Safety, Leadership, Communication, Organization, Efficiency, and Knowledge.
• Communicate with customers to enhance project planning.
• Coordinate dispatch of personnel to support projects.
• Track technical project completeness daily.
• Track weekly costs associated with ongoing projects.
• Provide phone support and troubleshooting.
• Generate/verify Equipment list for projects.
• The work environment is fast-paced, results-oriented, and requires follow-through to create long-term relationships and achieve goals. Goals and desired results can change quickly; this position requires flexibility, tenacity, and the ability to understand, quickly react, and adapt.
Knowledge, Skills, and abilities you can bring to the table:
• A problem solver who can work independently and is capable of handling different roles and responsibilities as they arise.
• Efficient time management skills.
• Participate in the on-call schedule; flexibility for additional hours as needed.
• Fluent use of the verbal and written English language; bilingual, Spanish, beneficial
• Some travel is required to develop and maintain positive relationships while providing technical in-house support for projects.
Minimum Requirements
• Maritime experience preferred but not necessary.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• 60-80% work hands-on.
• 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing setting/industrial setting.
