The State of New Hampshire, Department of Information Technology, Business Relationship Management Div - Dept of Transportation has a full time vacancy for an IT Project Manager/Business Systems Analyst I.
Summary:
Develop, plan, organize, coordinate and administer assigned software and hardware projects. Lead the planning and development of all project deliverables. Manage projects adhering to the DoIT System Development Methodology requirements for
Responsibilities:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
Education : Bachelor's degree from a recognized college or university, preferably with a major in management information systems, computer information systems, or computer science. Each additional year of specialized formal education may be substituted for one year of required work experience.
Experience : Six years' experience in systems analysis with a broad-based knowledge of business environments, preferably in a field or occupation related to software development, software support, or software maintenance, three years of which shall have included the direct involvement in application or product lifecycle management. Each additional year of approved work experience may be substituted for one year of required formal education.
License/Certification: Must be eligible to hold a valid driver’s license and have access to transportation for use in statewide travel.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS : Successful applicant will have working knowledge of Personal Computers, desktop productivity tools, and project management software with experience using System Development Life Cycle methodologies.
