Duties/Responsibilities:
* Works with other departments as directed by the VP of Information Technology, Security, and Compliance to organize key processes, activities, and resources used in the organization.
* Communicates appropriately with key stakeholders on all areas of activity within the scope of the position, including consultation, data gathering, and informing stakeholders of potential business implications, including foreign activities.
* Researches, consults, evaluates, and may recommend tools or changes to business processes in coordination with key stakeholders.
* Prepares reports with relevant data as requested through the VP of Information Technology, Security, and Compliance.
* Develops project plans that include milestones, deliverables, and, where appropriate, cost-benefit analysis.
* Keeps accurate documentation of key meeting minutes and action items and distributes relevant information to key stakeholders as appropriate.
* Evaluates business needs and works with the appropriate vendors, technical staff, business users, and partners to identify suitable solutions.
* Coordinates with vendors for technology solutions.
* Gathers requirements and facilitates interactions for efficient solutions to meet business requirements.
* Provides documentation for user guides, reference materials, and/or training materials.
Qualification Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree required in information technology, computer science, or related field.
* 5 years' experience required working as a business analyst, including requirements gathering, testing, etc.
* IT experience in databases, software development, service desk, and infrastructure.
