Turning Point for God is the broadcast ministry of Dr. David Jeremiah and exists to deliver the unchanging Word of God to an ever-changing world. Using Dr. Jeremiah’s teaching, we capture, curate, and communicate Bible Strong content through the power of media to share the Gospel with theological and creative excellence. Dr. Jeremiah is committed to teaching the entirety of God’s Word to the world, and his teaching is delivered in multiple languages to approximately 3 billion people across the globe through Turning Point’s various media channels.

Position Summary:
The Sr. IT Project Manager reports directly to the Director of IT and will be responsible for leading and managing IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with the organization’s goals. This individual will work with cross functional teams to define project scope, manage resources and risks, and provide updates to management.
Essential Functions:
- Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to completion.
- Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical specialists, developers, and non-technical stakeholders, to ensure alignment and communication.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Use project management expertise to collaborate with and empower cross-functional teams to deliver results that meet the project success criteria.
- Manage the everyday facets of the project and its scope, including possible conflicting priorities.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with the organization’s goals.
- Communicate project status and performance to management and stakeholders.
- Monitor and track project progress, identifying and addressing deviations from the plan.
- Ensure compliance with the organization’s policies, standards, and best practices related to project management.
- Drive decisions, critical issues, and conflict resolution with neutral, compassionate, data driven communications.
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices to advise leadership on strategic technology investments.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of IT project management experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science or similar is preferred.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) is preferred.
- Proactive and accountable.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to multitask and handle urgent interruptions with poise and professionalism.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and influence others.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, and maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to learn and apply new technology tools and resources.

- Position is full time, exempt, located at Turning Point offices in Santee, CA.
- Position is non remote and requires in office attendance.
