IT Quality Assurance Director is responsible for planning and directing the policies, programs, and initiatives used to monitor and measure the overall quality of IT services, systems, and software. Ensures that tracking systems capture useful operational metrics for use in reducing defects, improving service, and optimizing the implementation process. Being an IT Quality Assurance Director requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a top management. The IT Quality Assurance Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be an IT Quality Assurance Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function.     Summary of Position:


    Uses Kantime to ensure accuracy & completion of clinical notes including Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) to allow clinicians to be paid in a timely manner.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities
    These include the following: (Other duties may be assigned)

    • Read electronic nurses notes and approve or send for correction
    • Call nurses to discuss corrections or discrepancies
    • Verify paper notes are correct
    • Enter times for paper notes
    • Mail out Medication Logs for p-charts
    • Scan paper notes into KanTime
    • Enter late note offenses into KanTime journal notes
    • Review and approve subforms from field clinicians
    • Review and approve EVV timesheets
    • Re-educate field clinicians on charting requirements
    • Monitor/manage clinical orders
    Supervisory Responsibilities:
    • None.

    III. Education and Experience Specifications:
    • High School Diploma or GED required.
    • Home health experience a plus!
    • Valid CO RN or LPN License

    Pay Range: $50,000 - $70,000
