Northwest Specialty Hospital is seeking a visionary leader to join our team as Quality Assurance Manager!
Under the direction of the Chief Nursing Officer, the Quality Assurance Manager partners and collaborates with various departments and performs in-depth analysis on clinical outcomes data in order to develop clinical process improvement initiatives. The Quality Assurance Manager provides leadership, oversight, and responsibility for assigned clinical process improvement initiatives. Directs the efforts of all the improvement initiatives to ensure overall compliance with regulatory standards including national, state, CMS, Joint Commission, and other agencies. The Quality Program Specialist aligns work with the mission, vision, and values of the organization. This position will ensure that the integrity of information pertaining to the facility's patients, staff and physicians is protected. The Quality Assurance Manager will need to project a professional demeanor and appearance while maintaining the confidentiality of the Hospital, patients, and employees as appropriate. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is required. Will perform other duties as assigned.
