Develops and implements quality assurance problem reporting processes and systems. Being an IT Quality Assurance Manager analyzes deficiencies in service or performance and recommends product or service improvements to address problems. As an IT Risk Assurance Manager, this position is responsible for working with our clients and leading teams of consulting practitioners.

Education and Experience
Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations
· Active state Certified Public Accountant license or equivalent recognized by the firm (e.g., Chartered Professional Accountant), Certified Internal Auditor, Certified Information Systems Auditor, or other technical certification is preferred.
· Active driver’s license and proof of insurance.
Preferred Practice Areas of Experience:
Knowledgeable regarding Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Act, COSO Framework, CoBIT, ITIL and/or other leading business and IT control frameworks.
Experienced in ERP/systems implementations, either through internal audit or as part of the implementation team.
