RESPONSIBILITIES:
Vendor Manager under Cloud & Infrastructure Services:
· Develop and implement a vendor management strategy aligned with company goals.
· Research, identify, and qualify potential vendors based on pre-defined criteria.
· Negotiate and finalize contracts with vendors, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
· Oversee vendor performance by monitoring key metrics (e.g., quality, delivery timelines, cost) and addressing any issues promptly.
· Manage vendor relationships, fostering open communication and collaboration.
· Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement through vendor partnerships.
· Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in vendor management.
· Manage and track vendor contracts, including renewals and terminations.
· Generate reports and presentations on vendor performance for stakeholders.
· Participate in cross-functional teams to ensure seamless vendor integration.
· Manage end-to-end procurement process, from sourcing to contract negotiation and supplier onboarding.
· Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with vendors, ensuring timely delivery, quality assurance, and cost-effectiveness.
· Negotiate contracts and agreements that align with organizational objectives and mitigate risks.
· Oversee supplier performance and compliance, implementing strategies for continuous improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
· Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in vendor management or procurement.
· Proven track record of successfully negotiating and managing vendor contracts.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Strong negotiation skills and ability to drive favorable terms and pricing.
