IT Vendor Relationship Manager manages the organization's strategic technology vendor management program to meet company needs and comply with required quality standards. Assists with selecting the company's product and service providers and tracks the procurement of IT products and services to monitor and maintain operational costs and budgets. Being an IT Vendor Relationship Manager leads request for proposals (RFP) process to vet the reputation and quality of vendor products. Negotiates service level agreements to ensure performance/quality metrics, responsibilities, expectations, and penalties are clearly defined. Additionally, IT Vendor Relationship Manager works closely with internal teams to monitor, maintain, and improve existing vendor relationships. Conducts regular business reviews to ensure compliance with company expectations, review issues, and develop solutions. May require experience with software licensing and hardware procurement. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The IT Vendor Relationship Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be an IT Vendor Relationship Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     $1000.00 Signing Bonus

    Client Relationship Consultants build relationships with customers by meeting face to face and engaging them when and where they need to provide the best possible counsel. Strong client relationships are based on trust, assessing and attending to customers’ banking needs, obtaining and processing customer and account information, educating clients on available deposit and loan products and services, and recommending financial solutions based on each customer’s unique goals and needs. They are also responsible for originating and closing consumer loans, opening accounts, and opening and/or closing the branch.

    This position requires National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z.     Basic Qualifications

    - High school diploma or equivalent
    - One to three years of customer service experience
    - One to three years of sales experience

    - Basic knowledge of retail product philosophy, policy, procedures, documentation and systems
    - Basic knowledge of all retail products and services
    - Proven customer service and interpersonal skills
    - Effective selling and referral skills
    - Strong mathematical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
    - Strong verbal and written communication skills
    - Experience in the financial services industry preferred

    Client Relationship Consultant 2

    Basic Qualifications
    - High school diploma or equivalent
    - Three to four years of customer service experience
    - Three to four years of sales experience

    Preferred Skills/Experience
    - Thorough knowledge of retail product philosophy, policy, procedures, documentation and systems
    - Thorough knowledge of all retail products and services
    - Proven customer service and interpersonal skills
    - Experience in participating in sales campaigns/promotions
    - Strong mathematical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
    - Strong verbal and written communication skills
    - Experience in the financial services industry preferred
    - Experience assisting less experienced personnel

    Client Relationship Consultant 3

    Basic Qualifications
    - High school diploma or equivalent
    - Four to five years of customer service experience
    - Four to five years of sales experience

    Preferred Skills/Experience
    - Thorough knowledge of retail product philosophy, policy, procedures, documentation and systems
    - Advanced knowledge of all retail products and services
    - Proven customer service and interpersonal skills
    - Experience in participating in sales campaigns/promotions
    - Strong mathematical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
    - Strong verbal and written communication skills
    - Experience in the financial services industry preferred
    - Previous supervisory experience preferred

    Client Relationship Consultant 4

    Basic Qualifications
    - High school diploma or equivalent
    - Five or more years of customer service experience
    - Five or more years of sales experience

    Preferred Skills/Experience
    - Advanced knowledge of retail product philosophy, policy, procedures, documentation and systems
    - Advanced knowledge of all retail products and services
    - Proven customer service and interpersonal skills
    - Experience in participating in sales campaigns/promotions
    - Strong mathematical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
    - Strong verbal and written communication skills
    - Experience in the financial services industry preferred
    - Previous supervisory experience preferred
