Become the hands-on IT Manager for a well-established, privately owned food manufacturing business with approximately 130 employees.

Office Location: Reading, PA 19611

Work Location: 5 days per week in the office for three months. Based on performance will consider 4 days in the office and 1 day remote.

Total Compensation: $148,500 - $159,500 (includes base salary and bonus)

The hands-on (50/50) IT Manager will solve business processes to small detailed hardware adjustments, along with capturing a department’s business needs and interpreting them into an in-house solution (Navision, Sharepoint, Jet Reports, Access application).

• Define solutions for the Helpdesk administrator to implement – daily review of Helpdesk tickets and diagnos to provide a solution
• Guidance and prioritization of the network/server consultant activities
• Backup for the Helpdesk administrator
• Review daily backup logs
• Review temperature probe health daily
• All purchasing and licensing activities
• Planning and scheduling security patching activities
• Review all monthly invoices
• Administer network disk space utilization – confer with users to clean space on personal and department network shares

Team Size: 3 (Helpdesk Administrator, Business Support Analyst, and Consultant)

Reporting To: Chief Financial Officer

Successful IT Manager applicants will meet all of the following requirements to be considered:

• Location: Must be local to the Reading, PA office with the ability to commute and work in-office (relocation will not be offered or considered).
• Work Status: Must be authorized to work in the United States without any work restrictions.
• Industry: Must have technical expertise in ERP and WMS software utilized in a manufacturing environment.
• Work History: Must have a proven track record of implementing technical solutions to solve business needs.
• Experience: Must have 10 years of experience overseeing all facets of Information Technology in a manufacturing environment.
• Education: Must have a tech-related Bachelor's Degree from an accredited United States University.
