IT Vendor Relationship Manager manages the organization's strategic technology vendor management program to meet company needs and comply with required quality standards. Assists with selecting the company's product and service providers and tracks the procurement of IT products and services to monitor and maintain operational costs and budgets. Being an IT Vendor Relationship Manager leads request for proposals (RFP) process to vet the reputation and quality of vendor products. Negotiates service level agreements to ensure performance/quality metrics, responsibilities, expectations, and penalties are clearly defined. Additionally, IT Vendor Relationship Manager works closely with internal teams to monitor, maintain, and improve existing vendor relationships. Conducts regular business reviews to ensure compliance with company expectations, review issues, and develop solutions. May require experience with software licensing and hardware procurement. Business Relationship Manager
Job Summary:
This position is responsible for acquiring, retaining, and expanding the deposit and treasury management needs of business banking customers. The BRM will profile, discover banking needs, and offer solutions to meet the customer’s financial objectives. The BRM will seek to source potential business through referrals from the Bank’s internal customers and staff, external business professional sources, business organizations, and existing clients. The BRM will act as the primary point of contract for new business clients and will continually support, coach, and provide expertise to Bank employees regarding business products and services.

· Source, build, and maintain new customer relationships within the Bank’s target market.
· Source new deposit opportunities through the Bank’s existing clients and external sources.

· Determine business needs, make recommendations, and follow up to ensure proper resolution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
· 1-3 years of experience working with businesses in a sales capacity.
· Strong initiative, comprehensive planning, organization, and follow-up skills.

· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office specifically in the use of Word and Excel. Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and Adobe.

· Must be able to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.

Education and Experience:
· High School diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred.
· Three (3) years of experience in a banking environment, required.
· Bilingual in Spanish helpful.
