Our Immigration Case Managers are organized and detail-oriented, as well as adept at case oversight and client relations in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: With guidance and appropriate supervision from our experienced attorneys, the Immigration Case Manager oversees all case processes, monitors case progress and facilitates client relations for a variety of affirmative and defensive (removal/immigration court) matters, including: family/marriage-based petitions, adjustment of status, waivers, visa petitions and consular processing, relief for crime victims and battered immigrants (U Visas and VAWA), asylum/TPS/protection claims, DACA, and citizenship.
Immigration Case Managers are responsible for client relations and overall case process and management, with oversight from our experienced attorneys. Specific duties include: drafting immigration applications, drafting immigration court motions, pleadings and exhibits, and providing clear and responsive communication with clients regarding ongoing case processes; identifying, collecting and developing supporting documentation and evidence for applications or exhibits for applications in removal defense; preparing applicant/witness statements; and other professional duties as necessary. Immigration Case Managers may be called on to help with light office duties as needed to support administrative staff.
TERMS, COMPENSATION, BENEFITS: This is a full-time, exempt position with excellent compensation (annual salary range $45,000 to $75,000, DOE) and benefits, including health, dental and disability insurance, paid time off, 401(k) and profit sharing plans.
