Who We Seek
Hispanic Federation seeks an Immigration Initiatives Manager to oversee to HF’s Immigration Programming in North Carolina. The Manager will coordinate and implement the department’s programmatic efforts across the region and manage programmatic records and data. The position will also support policy and advocacy components, ensuring a holistic application of HF policies to its programming in North Carolina and federally.
Working under the supervision of the State Director and with the guidance of the HF Director for Immigration Programs, the Manager will support the development of community networks and ultimately lead the programming for Immigration Initiatives. The successful candidate will have experience working with communities in North Carolina around immigration policy, advocacy, or direct services; an interest in immigration law and practice; and experience working within nonprofits with program implementation.
This position is a hybrid position and will require the Manager to work both onsite and in the field a minimum of 10 days a month (approx. 50% of the time). The position will be located in Mount Olive and will be required to travel to locations across North Carolina, including HF’s office in Charlotte, NC.

Compensation and Benefits:
The salary range for this position is $55,000 to $65,000. Compensation comes with a robust benefits package with fully subsidized medical, dental, vision insurance, 403(B) retirement plan – eligible for a company match, access to flexible spending and pre-tax commuter benefits. Full-time regular employees are also provided with fifteen (15) vacation days, four (4) personal days, and paid sick time.
HF is a hybrid work environment with the opportunity to work from home 50% of the time.
