Ensures all paperwork, including applications for immigration and visas are completed accurately and in a timely manner. Being an Immigration Specialist processes tax treaty evaluations and withholding categories for all visa recipients. Reviews immigration procedures and legal status of foreign employees. Additionally, Immigration Specialist may be responsible for compliance with all applicable rules and regulations. Typically requires a bachelor's degree.
