Medical Secretary / Assistant needed Full-Time, 40 hours. We are a busy well-established Podiatrist Office in Milford, MA. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years’ experience and be certified as a medical assistant with strong skills in both the front and back-office workflow. Duties
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and friendly experience
- Schedule and confirm appointments, coordinating with healthcare providers and patients
- Maintain patient records and update medical information
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information to patients and visitors

- Room patients and assist the doctor with visit

- Clean and restock rooms

- Assist patients with their questions

Skills
- Proficient in medical terminology, understanding common medical procedures and diagnoses
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain patient confidentiality
- Experience working in a medical office or healthcare setting, preferably as a medical secretary / medical assistant
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with patients, healthcare providers, and staff
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle high call volumes efficiently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
