Implementation Manager manages a team of implementation specialists responsible for installing and deploying technical systems, software, hardware, or solutions. Ensures the team is following department policies and procedures. Being an Implementation Manager manages and supports multiple implementation projects. Assesses client's requirements, develops scopes and cost estimates, and creates project plans and schedules. Additionally, Implementation Manager ensures that implementations are completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations. Responds to and resolves escalated client issues during or after implementations. Troubleshoots and recommends solutions to implementation problems or challenges. May be involved in pre-sales product demonstrations or assist in developing proposals. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of technical specialty. Typically reports to a director. The Implementation Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be an Implementation Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Position Summary

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced NetSuite ERP Implementation Manager to join our team. As a NetSuite expert, you will be responsible for providing in-depth knowledge and recommendations on the successful implementation and optimization of NetSuite ERP solutions for GBS. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of NetSuite functionalities, business processes, and a proven track record of delivering seamless ERP implementations. The candidate must also have demonstrated abilities to optimize reports and other business processes to deliver operational efficiency. We are transitioning from a custom ERP system which has been developed to meet the specific needs and processes of our company. Part of the challenge you will be responsible for solving, is collaborating to define the transition from our current system's features into NetSuite. Our existing team will be the system experts for our application and you will collaborate with them to translate a solution design applicable to the NetSuite environment and methodology. We will expect you to think creatively about how to solve unique situations within time and budgetary constraints.

    Duties/Responsibilities:

    • Participate in the identification and documentation of GBS NetSuite requirements, leveraging your experience and the NetSuite methodology
    • Participate in designing the approach to remediate gaps, and collaborate consensus with the business requirements
    • Use strategic design decisions while building solution and architectural recommendations
    • Work with GBS to remediate highest priority challenges
    • Lead GBS through the appropriate use of NetSuite leading practices ensuring these are factored into designs for standard and customized features
    • Collaborate to architect solutions for complex business requirements, which may include configuration and/or integration and/or technical components, in partnership with contracted third-party professional services teams
    • Collaborate to define detailed functional requirements for automations, integrations, and data migrations
    • Work with our technical team to design and unit test automations and integrations
    • Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills and Ability Requirements)

    • 10 Years working experience with minimum of 7 years of functional consulting & solution architecture experience
    • Strong NetSuite ERP Financials solution implementation, functional expertise and administration experience. NetSuite development and data migration experience a plus
    • Full life cycle ERP implementation experience
    • Developing end-to-end business process flows
    • Experience working with customers in defining and optimizing process flows.
    • Leading and managing business and functional design workshops with clients
    • Ability to be self-directed, multi-task, and collaborate with others
    • Adept at getting hands-on with technology and presenting concepts effectively at various levels within an organization
    • Passion for driving Customer satisfaction and achieving milestone goals.
    • Undergraduate degree or equivalent
    • Must demonstrate:
      • Working experience in integration, data migration and customization work streams
    • Working experience in implementation life cycle activities (SIT, UAT, ...)
    • Working experience with cut over and go-live activities
    • Working experience in triaging issues and risks associated with business and functional requirements
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills
    • English language read/write/speak proficiency
    • Experience in the following are assets:
      • Experience with global or large solution integrators or with third-party add-on or bundle solutions to augment NetSuite feature set
      • Experience with SaaS/Cloud architectures
      • Release management and/or Agile scrum master
      • Functional Certifications with NetSuite - SuiteFoundation, SuiteCloud Developer II, Administrator
      • Project management experience - ability to manage, lead, document, report and track project objectives
