Implementation Manager manages a team of implementation specialists responsible for installing and deploying technical systems, software, hardware, or solutions. Ensures the team is following department policies and procedures. Being an Implementation Manager manages and supports multiple implementation projects. Assesses client's requirements, develops scopes and cost estimates, and creates project plans and schedules. Additionally, Implementation Manager ensures that implementations are completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations. Responds to and resolves escalated client issues during or after implementations. Troubleshoots and recommends solutions to implementation problems or challenges. May be involved in pre-sales product demonstrations or assist in developing proposals. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of technical specialty. Typically reports to a director. The Implementation Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be an Implementation Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. We are in need of an experienced manager to oversee the Janitorial operations for a facility in Fort Smith, AR. This facility requires an experienced manager who has documented success in deploying a workforce of 16 employees that work 7 days per week.
This position requires exceptional communication skills, a strong work ethic and the ability to solve problems and make timely and effective decisions that support the most positive customer experience.
Salary: $52,000 WEEKLY PAY!

Responsibilities:
- Ensure safety program implementation and compliance
- Complete all online management and leadership training and development
- Recruit hire, train and deploy a capable work force
- Ensure all labor, supply and equipment budget targets are met
- Conduct periodic quality audits within the facility and address any deficiencies immediately
- Conduct periodic performance reviews with client leadership to ensure all requirements and cleaning expectations are achieved consistently
- Be able to adjust to changing customer’s needs
- Must be willing to be hands on in all areas of the contract.
Qualifications
- 2 years proven leadership and management success
- Previous experience as a manager in a janitorial or housekeeping services role is highly desired but not required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel
- Previous experience with electronic timekeeping desired
- The ability to perform at the highest level with minimum supervision
- Ability to communicate with all levels
- Exceptional decision making, problem solving and people skills
- Must pass drug screen and background check
