Implementation Manager manages a team of implementation specialists responsible for installing and deploying technical systems, software, hardware, or solutions. Ensures the team is following department policies and procedures. Being an Implementation Manager manages and supports multiple implementation projects. Assesses client's requirements, develops scopes and cost estimates, and creates project plans and schedules. Additionally, Implementation Manager ensures that implementations are completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations. Responds to and resolves escalated client issues during or after implementations. Troubleshoots and recommends solutions to implementation problems or challenges. May be involved in pre-sales product demonstrations or assist in developing proposals. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of technical specialty. Typically reports to a director. The Implementation Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Responsible for working directly with clients to analyze business operations and recommend solutions that align with RRD implementation best practices and client goals. Maintain current knowledge of RRD applications, platforms and solutions and understand how each can be adapted to meet client objectives. Establish relationships with client Business/Workstream owners, supports the requirements definition process and responsible for the documentation of the solution with a detailed project implementation plan.
This position will train and prepare customers for successful rollouts of the AdPlanner application. Ensure effective transfer of information by training the RRD operations and customer resources. This position will support multiple, concurrent projects and drive working sessions with clients to ensure expectations and direction are aligned and timelines are being met.

The national pay range for this role is $62,800 to $111,400 / year. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location of the hired employee. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
