Implementation Manager manages a team of implementation specialists responsible for installing and deploying technical systems, software, hardware, or solutions. Ensures the team is following department policies and procedures. Being an Implementation Manager manages and supports multiple implementation projects. Assesses client's requirements, develops scopes and cost estimates, and creates project plans and schedules. Additionally, Implementation Manager ensures that implementations are completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations. Responds to and resolves escalated client issues during or after implementations. Troubleshoots and recommends solutions to implementation problems or challenges. May be involved in pre-sales product demonstrations or assist in developing proposals. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of technical specialty. Typically reports to a director. The Implementation Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be an Implementation Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Description

    MISSION

    The Solutions Manager serves a critical role in leading Supply Chain Solutions for complex Customer initiatives in support of Kem Krest Profitable Growth Targets. In partnership with senior leaders and Subject Matter Experts in the organization, this role assembles best in class manufacturing and fulfillment solutions for Kem Krest existing and new Customers portfolio.

    The Solutions Manager supports the initiative requirements gathering in collaboration with the Sales and Account Management teams to elaborate a comprehensive scope map with the right level of depth and intelligent assumptions for areas that are unknown or uncertain at the initial stages of the Business Proposal Process. Additionally, will work with Kem Krest subject matter experts to arm a comprehensive Supply Chain Solution that addresses all the Customer requirements as specified in the services request. The Solutions Manager will challenge Kem Krest expertise pushing know how and best practices to the next level through innovation, end to end Supply Chain thinking and Lean Principles. The Solutions manager will work with the pricing team to translate Best in Class Solutions into the most competitive Value Proposition that will outperform Kem Krest Customer expectations. When agreement is achieved with the Customer, the Solutions Manager will enable the knowledge transfer to the implementations and operations teams ensuring the integrity of the solution is fully implemented as approved by Kem Krest Senior Leadership. Ultimately, the Solutions Manager will work with the different teams to identify and implement lessons learned through the Gated process to continue to improve Kem Krest Supply Chain Solutions and Customer delivery.

    KEY OUTCOMES (KPI'S)

    OUTCOME: Solutions Engineering in support of Kem Krest Profitable Growth Strategy 

    • New business Initiative scope map
    • Provide consistent and clear communication through hosting progress meetings, accurately capturing notes and action items through the Solution Development phase.
    • Drive follow-up (through group, team and 1:1 meetings and communication as appropriate) of action items, decisions, follow-up items and completion of activities.
    • Provide perspective and support on know-how and best practices to challenge subject matter expert’s deliverables.
    • Where applicable and relevant, coach and develop team members to enable best in class Supply Chain Solutions
    • Create end-to-end Supply Chain Solutions that address customer and Kem Krest requirements.
    • Collaborate with the Pricing team to create the most effective Client Value Propositions
    • Transfer end-to-end Supply Chain Solutions to Implementations and Operations Teams
    • Develop lessons learned to continue to improve the Process

    Qualifications


    STRENGTHS TO BE SUCCESSFUL

    • Bachelor's Degree required in a business-related field
    • 10 years of experience in organizational/functional program management and/or strategy program management
    • Demonstrated ability to set and drive metrics that drive performance in business operational and financial excellence 
    • Strong strategic thinking and communication skills coupled with demonstrated ability to ensure execution of tactical initiatives and priorities in a cross-functional group
    • Demonstrated record and experience in program management/ leadership of complex, cross-functional teams
