Implementation Manager manages a team of implementation specialists responsible for installing and deploying technical systems, software, hardware, or solutions. Ensures the team is following department policies and procedures. Being an Implementation Manager manages and supports multiple implementation projects. Assesses client's requirements, develops scopes and cost estimates, and creates project plans and schedules. Additionally, Implementation Manager ensures that implementations are completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations. Responds to and resolves escalated client issues during or after implementations. Troubleshoots and recommends solutions to implementation problems or challenges. May be involved in pre-sales product demonstrations or assist in developing proposals. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of technical specialty. Typically reports to a director. The Implementation Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Amigos Locale Juice Bar is seeking an enthusiastic and attentive Coffee and Juice Barista to join our team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and making delicious beverages and meals for our customers. Amigos Locale is a project of AIRE, a non profit dedicated to raising awareness and education for agriculture through school gardens, culinary arts education, space for community, and a commissary kitchen used to cook from scratch, organic lunches for Taos school children. You'll be part of a mission far greater than just the juice bar.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, salads, sandwiches, and soup
- Take customer orders and ensure accuracy in preparation
- Operate cash register and handle cash and credit transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, making recommendations, and sharing information about our mission
- Follow health and safety guidelines when handling food and beverages
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations
- Prepare fruits and vegetables for freshness and daily usage
Experience:
- Previous experience in the food industry or as a Barista is preferred
- Knowledge of Square POS or other point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Strong math skills for cash handling and basic retail calculations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
