Implementation Manager manages a team of implementation specialists responsible for installing and deploying technical systems, software, hardware, or solutions. Ensures the team is following department policies and procedures. Being an Implementation Manager manages and supports multiple implementation projects. Assesses client's requirements, develops scopes and cost estimates, and creates project plans and schedules. Additionally, Implementation Manager ensures that implementations are completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations. Responds to and resolves escalated client issues during or after implementations. Troubleshoots and recommends solutions to implementation problems or challenges. Hours/Week: 40 hours
Rate: $22-$25/hour (Hours over 40 will be paid at Time and a Half)

Scope of Services:
The Integration Specialist will provide operational support to departmental projects or larger scale department/division-wide efforts. Duties will include tracking information and generating reports, research and follow-through, schedule coordination, and database management. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in specific programs or processes pertinent to the customer, with minimum supervision required. The primary duty will be training customers on our proprietary software system. The candidate must be comfortable presenting and have people skills/be personable. They will work on complex process onboarding new accounts and will be expected to own the process and be assertive/persistent. The Integration Specialist will work with sales reps to gather documentation and share outcomes.
