POSITION OVERVIEW

The candidate will join the PRT team within Global Atlantic’s Institutional business. We are a ~50 person principal investing team within Global Atlantic Financial Group, a wholly owned subsidiary of KKR. We are focused on deploying capital on PRT, reinsurance and acquisition opportunities in the US Insurance Industry. To date, the Institutional business has acquired over $90 billion of assets and liabilities.

As an integral part of the PRT team, the candidate will work closely with members of the team and interface with senior business leaders. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the installation of all new PRT transactions.  This would include working with internal parties and TPAs to manage the installation process from point of sale to installing the PRT administration with our TPA.
• Assist managing the relationships with advisors and brokers in the PRT market.
• Assist managing the sales process for new PRT transaction bids.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant PRT experience at an insurance company and/or consulting firm.
• Strong skills / experience in relationship management.
• Strong quantitative and technical abilities.
• Solid organizational and time management skills.
• High energy with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment and think clearly under pressure.
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently as well as being a team player.
• Drive, enthusiasm, creativity and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Personal integrity, initiative and leadership qualities.
